With Seok Jun Oh
Yesterday I went with Jeffrey exploring Deagu cultural area. It was a very nice and fun day. Starting with a good lunch, then walking through the old alley, having a footh bath in the traditional medicin museum, visiting the old houses (in traditional school uniform :-), eat a nice dessert and much more. At the end we had a delicious meal in a famous restaurant.
Jeffrey, thank you for showing me the old and new Daegu. You are a great tourmate!
Arno, my first tourmate, was come from Belgium.
He was really gentle, energetic and travel-lover.
He said he loves Korean culture, landscape, and even people.
In addition, It was a surprise for me that he had been DMZ before we met.
Although I am Korean, I’ve never been there, but he did!
Feel the modern times of Daegu
In this tour, walking a lot, we felt wind, smell, and atmosphere of Daegu.
Also, we tried lots of things, including foot bathing, wearing Hanbok and 70’s-80’s school uniform, collecting stamps and taking photos with people who loved us.
Someone who loved us made our tour more special.
They gave a special chance to us, like admitting to entering an inner old house, extending time to rent clothes and giving lots of historic information in volunteer purpose.
In this point, I knew what he loves and why he chose my tour.
All moment we shared was perfect.
We got some feelings of being a friend while we got together.
It was a memorable moment for us and we were really appreciating MYTM for giving a chance to meet each other.
