Ulsan University

First, Ulsan University

First, I’m going to show you the University of Ulsan Campus and go inside the building where I study. You can see how local 20’s student’s life. After looking around the University of Ulsan, we are going to my favorite fork belly restaurant, which is hard to find if you are not a local.

Second, Korean BBQ (Samgyeopsal)

Samgyeopsal is a representative Korean dish. Samgyeopsal is the Korean word for three layers, and “sal” is for meat. When Koreans eat Samgyeopsal, they love to make “Ssam”. Ssam is to wrap something. They place a piece of Samgyeopsal on a lettuce or a sesame leaf, then wrap it and eat as a whole. Galic bits sliced green chilies, and soybean paste can be added to it. But there are lots of options so I’m going to let you know how to eat and let’s find your best way to eat Samgyeopsal. 🙂
